  • Developed an inclusion charter for use across the entire unit, facilitating a shared paradigm for inclusive change.
  • Developed a tailored action-plan template including comprehensive objectives, indicators, and associated actions for engagement across the entire unit.
  • Facilitated unit-wide strategic planning sessions focused on building alignment, determining ownership, and embedding accountability safeguards in executing these plans.
  • Provided critical friend consultancy to the central D&I working group that supported building out and taking responsibility over effectively implementing these action plans.
