Consulted to design EDI action plans in line with the Mayor of London’s wider D&I strategy for a local London Authority Unit responsible for skills and education provision
- Developed an inclusion charter for use across the entire unit, facilitating a shared paradigm for inclusive change.
- Developed a tailored action-plan template including comprehensive objectives, indicators, and associated actions for engagement across the entire unit.
- Facilitated unit-wide strategic planning sessions focused on building alignment, determining ownership, and embedding accountability safeguards in executing these plans.
- Provided critical friend consultancy to the central D&I working group that supported building out and taking responsibility over effectively implementing these action plans.
