The Fearless Futures Ecosystem Audit allows you to gain clarity about your organisation as a dynamic system so we can share with you how to leverage the system to create deep inclusive change

Our unique and innovative methodology allows us to surface the deep structure of the system, push beyond the immediate or obvious problems to see the underlying patterns, and crucially, identify the ways we can engage the system to create inclusive change that is principled, purposeful and powerful.

Findings Report

After our analysis, we create a findings report. This report presents the patterns and dynamics our auditing has surfaced within the ecosystem. We will share with you both the specific forces as well as the ‘deep’ structure – across people, policy and process. 

Forces might be virtuous—aligned with deep inclusion and enhancing equitable outcomes within the system or vicious—furthering inequity and exclusion.

They might be stabilising—keeping things from getting worse, or stagnating—keeping things from getting better.
