The gender pay gap in the UK is 19.1%
Women are underrepresented in the media
46% of global media reinforces gender stereotypes, while only 6% challenges them
103,000 more women than men aged 16–24 are not in education, employment or training

These figures tell a story of too much ability wasted and too much potential unrealised. We want to write a different story. Will you support us?
We are a movement of fearless young women’s leadership - we can grow our impact by working together to create a movement of allies supporting girls and young women.
Share your story
We each have a story to share and a story worth sharing – but so much of our media today doesn’t yet fully reflect the amazing perspectives of girls and women. We want to hear from you to amplify your opinions and viewpoints and to provide you with space to offer your support and advice to your peers. It would be a privilege to hear from you, so get in touch.

Do you have a specific skill or area of expertise that would benefit us and the girls we serve? Do you think there are people we should know or be speaking to that you can connect us to? If so, please get in touch with us as we’d love to hear from you!
Use your voice
Your voice is powerful. If you love what we do, then share our existence and news by email and social media – like us on Facebook, Tweet us on Twitter or Follow us on Instagram – that way we can increase our impact as a movement and gender equality will be that bit closer.

Are you an organisation that is committed to building a gender equal future? Are you a believer in investing in innovative and impactful work? Do you have skills to share with young women leaders? If your answer is yes to any of these questions then get in touch – we’d love to see how we can work together.
Women have made tons of progress. But we still have a small percentage of the top jobs in any industry, in any nation in the world. I think that's partly because from a very young age, we encourage our boys to lead and we call our girls bossy.
